Office Administrator
working with abnormal loads across Europe
We are looking for someone to join our small office-based team in Hamble near Southampton.
We are ideally looking for a French speaking graduate.
The addition of German or Spanish is a plus.
This permanent position will involve working as part of a team to:
.Plan routes and apply for abnormal load permits for out-of-gauge road transport.
.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing and managing schedules.
.Respond to queries from customers from throughout the UK and Europe.

You will have the ability to adapt to a changing industry and handle multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.

.Full time position / part time considered.
